The 0xFFxx unicode range is full-width half width forms (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halfwidth_and_fullwidth_forms )
I think the question is, what font are you using? This may be simply finding
and using a font with a different comma glyph.
Switching font is also a lot easier with xecjk, by the way. You maybe limited
by the default CJK font that came with TexLive at the moment, which is Arphic
Ming or Sung.

Hi~
Sorry I Made a mistake in last
email. in the first picture, the comma in
chinese is very big; in the second picture, the
comma in English is perfect. the third picture
is .cls document, where I assume the problem
is.So, if I want apply the font in English comma
on Chinese Character, should I change the value
of CJKchar{"0FF}{"00C} ? I
can't find out what does this value really
mean.
Thank you very
much for your help!Have a nice day!
