Constant Field Values

Hi,

is it ok to commit, without asking the list for individual cases, changes
in order to match constant field values?

Those values are now published at:

   http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/docs/api/constant-values.html

I plan to walk through them systematically and review each definition in
the Classpath code.  No promises for how long this will take...
