Why are these files in lib/standard.omit ?

The following files are currently in Classpath's lib/standard.omit
../java/awt/event/InputMethodEvent.java
../java/awt/event/InputMethodListener.java
../java/awt/event/InvocationEvent.java
but this is causing compilation errors for dependent classes.
When I take these 3 files out of the omit list, the compilation
errors go away.
Does anyone know why these 3 files are in the omit list?
