I think it is important to mention any changes in the VM interfaces. I
will add something like the following:
New in release 0.06 (not-yet-released)
* VMClassLoader.loadClass(), the bootstrap classloader called by
Class.forName() and ClassLoader.loadClass(), may now return null when
a class is not found instead of throwing a new ClassNotFoundException.
This is a performance optimization in some cases. This also changes
the Class.forName() reference code.
Will commit soon, but the subversions CVS server is acting up again:
can't create temporary directory /tmp/cvs-serv25164
Read-only file system
Sigh.
Cheers,
Mark
P.S. I did finally commit your ObjectStream patches.
