The project is not quite dead, although it's not quite active either.
Since this is the list that gets the CVS commits, it would probably be
ok to only accept postings from the CVS machinery. Could this be
arranged, to avoid the need for manual moderation?

I herery volunteer to moderate these and other lists related with
cvs-utils and adhoc.
