We are proud to announce the release of CorePKG, version 1.3.2.

This is a bug fix release. See the ChangeLog for details.

CorePKG is a minimalist software package manager for Unix systems,
especially GNU/Linux systems.

CorePKG is distributed under the terms of the GNU General
Public License version 2+.

Getting the software
--------------------

Here are the GZIP compressed sources (12K):

   <http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/corepkg/corepkg-1.3.2.tar.gz>

Here is an installable package (11K):

   <http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/corepkg/corepkg-1.3.2+1.cpk>

The package requires corepkg to be installed. If it is not, it can be
extracked with the Unix tar command
(e.g. tar -xzf corepkg-1.3.2+1.cpk sbin/corepkg). To use, the /etc/core/
directory must first exist. This can be done as the root user with the
following command: mkdir -m 755 -p /etc/core/
