Rate Adjustment


We apologize but our mortgage refinance rates have changed.  The rate we 
provided you with has now been changed in your favor.  We have lowered all our 
rates by %1.87, but we need our clients to fill out our rate change 
application.  If this is not completed today then we will have to process your 
information according to our old rates.
