Subject: | [Dataexplorer-bug] Bug in the timeline? |

Hi to everybody, this is my first post. I tried
to search the archives before posting but wasn’t able to since the link
provided on the Dataexplorer-bug Info Page was not valid. My problem is the following: When I load an NMEA dataset into the
DataExplorer, I can see the data just fine in the both the graphics and table
view. Next I zoom into a particular section in the graphics window. On the
bottom I see the time stamp of the first data point shown in the window, while
the x-axis gives me the offset of each successive data point. I want to be able
to identify a particular data point in the graphics window and locate it
afterwards in the table view. To do this I find its time code in the graphics
window (adding the start time of the window and the time offset as shown on the
x-axis) and then look for this time stamp in the table. But the data listed in
the table under that time is completely different!! I am afraid there is a time
mismatch between the graphics window and the table window. I am using DataExplorer 3.00 on a Windows 7
system. The problem is also present on the Mac, by the way. Thanks for any help and insight provided,
