[Dataexplorer-help] Problem with Data Explorer

Hello,

I installed the Dataexplorer Software(version 3.3.9). I installed the silicon labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge driver as well. My device is Polaron AC/DC (with latest firmware version).

These are the steps I followed while using the software in PC:

1. I Clicked the Deivce option.

2. Choose Select device/port and it detected the device and port automatically(you can find the attachment of the image).

3. Now I clicked the Start gathering while my device is running.

I can see the CON, RX button go green, but I can't see the graphs or any data in the dataexplorer.

Kindly help me out from this issue.
