Yes, newer config.guess and probably also config.sub should be enough to fix it.

Put this in your DejaGnu source tree and see how that goes.

I'm sorry, but I don't have an access to arm64 machine right now, so I cannot confirm if it works. I only have a report on Fedora's Bugzilla:
