Summary: Server statically linked. Saver thread.

* Modified makefile so that the server is statically linked. We can now
  do a chroot on it without issue.

* A new thread called saver thread has been added. Its role it to save
  bases, on worker or main server threads demand. We now have a thread
  safe design for database saving. Moreover, this design allows us to
  make additional policy on bases saving in the future.
