Summary: lablgtk2-clnt: creation of Browser module

* lablgtk2-clnt/Browser: client of module for browser window (aka main
  window).

* lablgtk2-clnt/Clsf: bug fix: in "ui_classification" function, the
  sb_context is created once and for all *out of* the "user_msg"
  function, otherwise a new context would be created each time
  "user_msg" is called. Now use "Misc.create_user_msg" function.

* lablgtk2-clnt/Misc: factorize more code in Misc module: "get_tags" and
  "create_user_msg" functions.
