Summary: lablgtk2-client: button "Add response" in browser window works

* README: update for usual compilation dependencies (make & gcc).

* lablgtk2-clnt/Addrep: new module to display and handle "Add reponse"
  window.

* lablgtk2-clnt/Browser: update to handle "Add reponse" button. The
  display is updated once the reponse is added. The winning responses
  are now displayed as plain text (and not just response number).

* lablgtk2-clnt/demexp_gladeui.glade: give significant widget names to
  add_response window widgets.
