Summary: remove --log option of server. Bases are now given with suffix

* config.ml: default base is now "bases.dmxp" instead of "bases".

* srv/Srvflags
* srv/demexp-server.ml.nw: suppress option --log. All calls to "log" now
  display on stdout.

* srv/demexp-server.ml.nw: update to do section.

* srv/Io: 

  - remove old code for binary databases (implemented with OCaml
    serialization) which is no longer used;

  - update code to use bases name without adding .dmxp suffix;

  - in save_bases_xml, systematically log what is done.

* srv/Rss: update code to add correctly .rss suffix to bases name.

* srv/Posbase: update autotest code to use temporary /tmp/toto.dmxp
  bases.

* Makefile: update test target to give correct options.
