Summary: server compiles with CDuce 0.3 and XDR patch

* srv/xml.cd.nw: Applied Thomas Petazzoni patch to compile demexp server
  with CDuce 0.3. Modified Makefile to include proper module, as
  Thomas's Debian package of CDuce is compiled with Expat and Curl.

* net/messages.xdr.nw: fix XDR description in order to be more compliant
  with XDR specs. This patch should allow the XDR description to compile
  with Thomas's XDR Python compiler.
