Summary: code refactoring: connection to server is made from main

* gtk2-clnt/browser.ml.nw
  gtk2-clnt/demexp-gtk2-client.ml.nw: the connection to the server is
  now done in main, the client & cookie being given to the Browser
  window.

  In case of issue, error messages are printed on stdout and no longer
  in a graphical interface. To fixed later.

  Move needed code from Browser to demexp-gtk2-client.ml.nw.
