* srv/work.ml.nw: no longer give question's author to client.

* gtk2-clnt/demexp_gladeui.glade:

  - remove widgets to display question's author;

  - change widget layout so that tags have now a scroll bar and so that
    display of number of votes no longer expand when window is enlarged
    (also removed uneeded scroll bars for this widget).

* gtk2-clnt/vote.ml.nw: fix a spurious warning.
