* Makefile: make all warning fatals.

* gtk2-clnt/Clntflags
  gtk2-clnt/demexp-gtk2-client.ml.nw: new option "-q id", to open the
  browser on question ID.

* gtk2-clnt/Browser: the browser window now takes an optional question
  number as parameter. When set, the browser is opened on this question,
  with tags and question title selected accordingly.
