* gtk2-clnt/Cache: 

  - rewrite "generic_build_array" so as to handle sparse array in
    response from the server. This solve the bug in the previous commit;

  - new function "invalidate" to remove an entry in the cache. Used when
    an item is modified on the server;

  - add a timer around "validate".

  gtk2-clnt/Tags: call server through cache when needed. Invalidate the
  cache when something is modified on the server.
