Summary: bug fix: invalidate client's cache when a new response is added

* gtk2-clnt/Browser: invalidate question entry in cache when a new
  response is added to this question, otherwise the question content is
  reloaded from the obsolete cache content and the new reponses does not
  appear.

* gtk2-clnt/Clsf: remove uneeded cache invalidation: when we untag a
  question, the tag content itself is not modified (and currently this
  part of the classification is not cached).
