We do have a ramshackle collection of actions changing properties: on a
note there is octave up/down, sharpen/flatten, change note to (nearest)
X, change duration, change note to rest (I think)
on a LilyPond directive the LilyPond edit/insert does editing etc
But, there are a whole lot of things that have no edit - a keychange for
example could go flatter with the flatten keypress etc. And a general
purpose edit the properties action sounds good.
We should have a wish-list on Denemo.org, preferably with things
arranged so that the most attractive items are near the top!
