[Denemo-devel] jack midi input

ok. I first I want to thank Nils for suggesting I look at jack midi
input. After looking at a few examples I quickly had denemo accepting
midi input via jack. 

My question is where should I put this into the menu. Should it be a
mode? Should a popup come up for configuration. I am not sure how the
user should interface with this.
