I am imagining that you mean to create a table that shows each font
character with its number and name. I don't know of anything to create
this, however in the Debian distribution I use there is a program
Gucharmap 1.6.0 which shows the font characters & their encoding. (I
found this by following Applications->character map from the menubar,
and then setting Denemo as the font and Latin as the script).
Perhaps this is all you need anyway?
