Details:
d-InputFilterName to place text on the status bar does not work anymore.
Can be easily reviewed by trying out Midi Filter from the menu.
A dedicated area for arbitrary status message is still needed, not only for
Midi-Filters.
Related is the need for a "GetInputFilterName" which should return the
current value in a string, this way SetInputFilterName could be used
recursivly with
(SetInputFilterName (string-append (GetInputFilterName) "newstring))
