Actually, I see that you have written the pieces at pitch in the Denemo
score, so you do not need a MIDI transposition. One point you might like
to note is that you have put whole-note rests where the whole measure is
a rest. This results in a rest not centered in the LilyPond output. The
"correct" thing is a whole measure rest...
