[Denemo-devel] (d-GetNote n)

(d-GetNote) returned the lilypond name of the first note of a CHORD at
the cursor position. "first" being in the order that Denemo stores them,
which seems to be lowest first.
I have added an optional parameter, if you give an integer you get the
note at that position in the note list, or #f if no such position.
