[Denemo-devel] Fix for accidentals not persisting thru measure

The attached are draw.c and drawnotes.c which fix this issue. I am just
posting them here so I don't lose them while I install a new o/s and
savannah is down. It would be good if people tested them out, as if I
missed anything there could be a crash trying to draw some scores.
