[Denemo-devel] Harpsichord soundfont

I have created a composite of a well-known Harpsichord sound font and
our cheap and cheerful soundfont for use with Denemo. It is about 160Mb,
the default is a reasonable sounding harpsichord, while the percussion
sounds (for rhythm entry) are still present.
To go with this I have created a preference for reducing the dynamic
range of an instrument (when listening to the MIDI-in).
I don't know how (or if) to go about publishing the sound font - if it
is of use to anyone else.
With this a quite realistic experience of realizing Handel's figured
bass exercises can be had, and Nils' routines are now once again
reporting the start position of consecutives.
