Details:

On Windows, 1.0rc7  installer and all earlier ones

after uninstall the following files remain:
C:ProgrammeDenemousrsharefontstruetypedenemofeta.ttf
Lilypond shortcut on the desktop

When trying to delete the program Windows will often say permissions will not
allow it to remove feta.ttf.

Also the PATH environment variable contains the path to Denemo and further
installs appear to duplicate this entry in the path.
