I have pushed a fix to git. I am not sure that this works in all cases
though - previously the script was failing for a quintuplet of 1/16th
notes in a bar of 4/4 time. In fixing it, I appear to have broken many
other cases, e.g. empty measures ...
This version seems to work on several examples I tried but I can see one
case where it miss-diagnoses the problem, but as it stops on the problem
this is better than other previous scripts. There may be a fundamental
problem here with the algorithm depending on MIDI ticks which cannot
represent things like quintuplets exactly.
Let me know of any problematic cases you hit.
