I emailed about the broken test suite thing a while back - basically all
the .denemo files need loading and saving as the format has changed, but
when I tried to run the tools/update_denemo script it wouldn't work on
my machine. That, I think would fix the problem. (I think it doesn't
work because denemo is not in my $path).
