I've been doing some experiments - a clef change in a dynamics staff
causes that sort of effect.
Just delete it, and anything other than whatever you are using for
durations (notes/rests/spacers) and the dynamics themselves. Although
many things are harmless, and it is handy simply to copy and paste the
music to get a rhythmic outline for the dynamics.
I guess check score could check for things that cause trouble in
dynamics staffs... I'll file a bug for clef changes.
