Thank you, Andreas. That's what I was looking for. I tried searching in the
Command Center ("hide" and "collapse", etc.) but didn't find anything. Even
"hide empty" doesn't turn up anything about this feature.

There is Score > Typesetter > Hide Empty Staffs which will hide all staffs
filled with rests only (except for the first system).
