Details:

I think it would be simpler to say - right click on the start of the second
system, then on the start of any system in which there is a time change, and
finally on the start of the last system. Then play from any position in the
socre and the score wiill automatically scroll. You can always, in any case,
scroll the window to where the blue marker is, as it is playing.

(dividing the help blurb into shorter paragraphs will make it easier to digest
too.)
