When I delete an InitialVoiceX (X = One, Two, Three, Four) directive,
the corresponding command is still in effect (and visible in the
lilypond view). You can reproduce that as follows:
Create a new score, select Staffs/Voices > Voices > Initial Voice One,
enter a few notes, look at the print view to verify it is in effect.
Then delete the v1 directive. Now check the print view and the lilypond
view again.
