Details:
There is a field in standalone directives called locked which prevents
accidental deletion. It is not visible in the object inspector, nor editable
in the object editor.
Worse, any command that ignores the "delete" parameter, which is most
commands, treats it as a repeat of the command, which is ok for a toggle but
not otherwise.
This is not usually a problem, as there is no known way to "accidentally" set
it.
