No need, that is the file being displayed(*) on the Print View (View-
>Typeset) albeit overlaid with a message - you can print that (the
overlay doesn't print). But it's better not to leave gremlins that may
come to bite you later.
Along with the DenemoPrintA/B.pdf there should be a .log file
indicating what the LilyPond typesetter made of your output - only the
first bit of this is shown in the View->LilyPond window I think...
You can email your file privately if you don't want to publish it -
though it looks like you've only just started it, so it's probably not
top secret!

(*) what is displayed is the last successful typeset - if LilyPond
could not typeset some change you have made since then nothing will be
here except the old file.
