Details:

I'd prefer it if the blue rectangle which indicates the position of the cursor
when entering notes was a lighter shade as, on my Windows 10 laptop, it
obscures the staff lines so, particularly when entering notes on or around
ledger lines, it's difficult to be sure which note it is on.
