Details:

With 3 staffs, a Chord Staff, an Ossia staff only used where it is turned on
towards the end of the main music, and the main music staff, the Ossia staff
disappears except in the first line. There it is typeset as a blank line,
either between the Movement title and the first line or the chords and the
first line. Neither options is ideal.
