Details:
worse, deleting the slur leaves behind the directive that makes the slur up or
down which then will not typeset.
The ToggleSlur command is a built in so the menu'd command needs to be a
script that deletes any "Slur" directives.
Workaround: delete all directives marked "Slur" on the note when trying to
delete an up/down slur.
