Follow-up Comment #5, bug #62967 (project denemo):

"But there was the additional problem (perhaps should have been in a different
bug report) that when I used adjust measures it couldn't handle doing that.
I've attached the relevant file again to this comment. " yes that would be
better - it does tell you it cannot handle it though - re-barring it results
in a time signature change in the middle of a bar, which it can't cope with.
You have to manually adjust it.
