The current implementation of ossia in Denemo uses a staff with controls to
hide and show it. A side-effect is that any system belonging to any part which
is all rests will be dropped.
To work around this will require some research - perhaps there is some
LilyPond syntax to keep a staff alive, or something could be added to a bar (?
a non-printing grace note?) that would force LilyPond to typeset the system.
