This is a notorious LilyPond bug called "Issue 34" (*)
Use
Command: Install Grace Note Hint
Installs grace note spacer rests in other voices to work around a
problem with typesetting grace notes with non-music objects that appear
at the same moment.
Location: Object Menu ▶ Notes/Rests ▶ Grace Notes
Internal Name: InstallGraceNoteHint

To fix the problem.
