Adding a Polyphase Clock Sync and CMA Equalizer after the Constellation Modulator solved my problems.

My input is a repeating vector (1, 0), but my output is always (0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1) or some shifted version of that. Where am I going wrong?
