gr-lora CMake error

Has anyone downloaded and installed gr-lora from https://github.com/BastilleResearch/gr-lora/ ? I follow the instructions but get this error when I run cmake ../

 "CMake error at CMakeLists.txt:128 (message): 

  GNURadio Runtime required to compile lora"

I am using Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS and GNURadio Companion 3.10.1.1 (Python 3.10.12)

I can't find a solution searching the web.
