Unable to run v3.10.9.2 after following the instruction to build from source

Hello,

After following all the instructions in the wiki : 
https://wiki.gnuradio.org/index.php/LinuxInstall

I cannot run v3.10.9.2. I followed all the step dependencies, UHD, volk, 
gnuradio and it's not working.

please can i have some assistance with this issue?
