How to rotate an image

Dear List,

I'm learning GNUstep and writing a toy programs for that.
I've started with a simple image viewer/editor.

How to properly rotate an image in the window?
All my attemtps to change bounds rectangle did not
give result so far.

I use gnustep-gui-0.8.4, did the rotation behavior
change in the latest version?
