In fact, GNUstep in itself is more an equivalent of KDE-libs (or gnome-libs) 
than
simply Qt or Gtk ... But in themselves KDE-libs or gnome-libs or GNUstep aren't 
a desktop; they are
just the foundation of a desktop ...
