I have fopexec in 
/usr/GNUstep/System/Tools/ix86/linux-gnu/gnu-gnu-gnu/ but that is in 
my PATH.  I can't see how to check the PATH that GWorkspace is running 
with.  Anyway, shouldn't opentool be used to open tools?
