ANN: PhotoClip-0.2

Hi everybody,

I have released PhotoClip-0.2. Currently PhotoClip
is yet another image viewer. See http://www.vaisburd.net/PhotoClip

The main new feature is basic selection and clipping.
The saving of the clipped portions is not implemented,
and the selection is not implemented yet to the extent
I want it to be, either.

This release is mainly an indication that I continue to work
on the project :-)
